Welcome to Neevie.com ("Neevie," "we," "us," or "our"), a service operated by Neevie Ltd, a company registered in the United Kingdom with its registered office at 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, United Kingdom, WC2H 9JQ.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our voice-first AI assistant, web application, and related services (collectively, the "Service").

Please read these Terms carefully. By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. Our Service & Eligibility

Neevie is an AI-powered networking assistant. Our Service interviews you to understand your professional background and goals, and then recommends connections to other users and relevant events. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. The Service is currently in a testing phase and may be subject to changes, instability, or data loss, for which we are not liable.

2. Your Neevie Account

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep this information updated. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account and for safeguarding your password.

3. User Conduct and Responsible Use of AI

You agree not to misuse the Service or help anyone else to do so. In addition to general conduct rules, you agree you will not:

  • Scrape, reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to discover the source code or underlying algorithms of the Service.
  • Use the outputs from the Service to create, train, or improve (directly or indirectly) a similar or competing artificial intelligence service.
  • Submit any content that infringes on any third party's intellectual property rights.

Responsible Use of AI: You acknowledge that the outputs of the Service are generated by an AI and may contain inaccuracies. You agree not to rely on the Service's outputs as a sole source for legal, financial, medical, or other professional advice. You are responsible for your own due diligence.

4. Your Content and Feedback

Your Content: You retain ownership of the information, text, voice inputs, and other data you submit to the Service ("User Content"). You grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, host, process, and adapt your User Content solely for the purpose of operating, securing, providing, and improving the Service in accordance with our Privacy Policy. This license terminates for your identifiable personal data when you delete your account.

Feedback: If you provide us with any ideas, suggestions, or feedback about the Service, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use and incorporate such feedback for any purpose without any obligation or compensation to you.

5. Neevie's Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Neevie Ltd and its licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.

6. Disclaimers and Interactions Between Users

The disclaimers regarding the AI as a tool and Neevie not being responsible for interactions between users remain as stated. We are an introducer, not a party to any agreement or relationship you form with other users.

7. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We provide a pathway for you to export your data before termination. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access for breaches of these Terms, providing reasonable notice where feasible.

8. Limitation of Liability and Warranties

The Service is provided "AS IS." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.

Our total liability for any claims relating to these terms or the Service is limited to the greater of £100 or the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

Nothing in these terms shall limit or exclude our liability for: (a) death or personal injury caused by our negligence; (b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or (c) any matter in respect of which it would be unlawful for us to exclude or restrict liability. For consumers, nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

For Consumers: You agree that the courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction over any dispute. If you are a resident of another part of the UK, you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.

For Business Users: You agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute informally. If unresolved, you agree to final and binding arbitration in London, administered in accordance with the rules of the London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA).

10. General Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time, and we will provide you with at least 30 days' advance notice of any material changes by email. These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Neevie.

11. Copyright Policy (DMCA)

We respect the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe your copyright has been infringed, please send a notice to our designated agent at legal@neevie.com with the information required by the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act.
